Data Protection Notice of Vector Informatik GmbH (“Vector”) for the Vector e-Learning platform (“e-Learning platform”) for Users
Vector’s e-Learning platform is a portal that gives you the possibility to self-study certain topics of automotive electronics. Yo can learn at your own speed, determine the order in which to work through the learning units and track your learning progress.
To identify you as a user of the e-Learning platform and to create your user account, the following personal data is required:
First name, last name, company affiliation, business e-mail address.
This data as well as the user-generated login statistics are used by Vector exclusively for the purpose of providing the e-Learning platform as well as for admitting and excluding its usage.
If you don’t log in for a period of two months, your account will be blocked. If your account is not reactivated within four weeks of being notified, your account including your personal data will be deleted.
You agree that Vector may transfer the information and personal information provided in the e-Learning platform to Vector affiliates and necessary subcontractors for the purposes set out above.
By providing personal information to Vector in the e-Learning platform, you agree to be entitled to submit your own and the data of the data subject to Vector.
